Kale Chips

Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale
Olive oil
Sea salt
Seaweed flakes
 
How to Prepare:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Take 1 bunch of kale, and separate from stems. Wash and Rinse well.

Place on cookie sheet. Spray olive oil and season with sea salt and seaweed
flakes.

Brown for 20 minutes until flaky like chips. Flip after 10 minutes and add
a little more olive oil. Will burn quickly, so keep an eye on them the
first time you make them. Some ovens will cook more quickly, others slowly.
