Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup banana (2-3 browned bananas)
1/2 cup sugar (I substitute maple crystals, date sugar or agave)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Sea salt to taste - a pinch
1 egg (or 2-3 egg whites)
1/4 cup oil or apple sauce (if you use oil, you need less egg) (if no oil,
add more banana)
1/4 cup walnuts or almonds (I often add 1/2 cup, b/c I love nuts)

How to Prepare:

Bake at 350 in a 9" bread pan for 40 minutes. Remove and test with a knife
or toothpick. May need 5-10 more minutes. I like mine moist.
