Recipe Name: Almond Butter-Ginger Dressing
Ingredients: |
1 inch fresh ginger, grated 1/3 cup unsweetened almond butter 2 tbs mirin 11/2 tbs soy sauce

1tbs toasted sesame oil 1 tsp rice vinegar 1/8 tsp sea salt

How to Prepare: |
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and let cool in the refrigerator. *This dressing is great for simple steamed vegetables such as broccols, potatoes, carrots, kale, etc. *Mirin is Japanese sweet cooking wine available at Whole Foods, health food stores and ethnic grocery stores.
