Recipe Name: Sauteed Spinach
Ingredients: |
2 tablespoons olive oil 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced

5 bunches spinach, stems removed, leaves washed Salt and freshly ground black pepper

How to Prepare: |
1. Heat the oil in a wide sauté pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook 1-2 minutes until lightly browned. 2. Raise the heat and add the spinach in several batches stirring frequently until wilted, 3-4 minutes. Season with the salt and pepper and server.
