Recipe Name: Guacamole
Ingredients: |
2 ripe, Hass avocados 1/3 cup minced red onions (½ small onion) 2 tablespoons minced cilantro leaves (1/2 small bunch)

1 tablespoon lime juice (1 small lime) ½ teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon cayenne

How to Prepare: |
1) Leaving skins intact, slice avocado in half lengthwise, cutting around the pit, not through it. Remove pit from avocado half by plunging blade of knife into it with one sharp stroke; twist and lift up blade with pit attached. (Grab pit with paper towels to disengage from knife.) 2) Cut avocado halves into cubes; slide thumbs between flesh and skin, scooping cubes into bowl. Discard skin. 3) Combine onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt and cayenne with avocado; mash with a fork to a creamy, but still chunky texture.
