10-ounces pitted, frozen cherries 1 peeled, frozen banana, cut lengthwise, then into ½" pieces

3 tablespoons grade A maple syrup 1 tablespoon lime juice

How to Prepare: |
1. Combine cherries and banana in food processor; blend until most of fruit is broken down. With motor running, pour in maple syrup and lime juice; continue processing until mixture is smooth. 2. Transfer fruit mixture to container and place in freezer until firm enough to scoop, 1½ to 2 hours.
